Vegan Almond Truffles

Vegan, gluten-free almond truffles made with just 4 ingredients and no added sugar! These truffles make a healthy dessert or energizing snack! 






All you need is :





1/2 cup Almonds

5 pitted Dates

1 table spoon Tahini Paste

1 tea spoon Agave syrup (if you are not vegan you can use Honey as well)

Add all the ingredients to a food processor. 

Pulse until all ingredients are chopped. 

Run the food processor on high until all ingredients are incorporated and a sticky ball forms.

Using heaping tablespoons, roll balls.

Add  cacao powder to a small bowl. To make the truffles, toss each one in the bowl until fully dusted with cacao.
