Easy Wholemeal Bread


Ready for less than one hour...

 

No kneading, no yeast, no proofing time needed...

 

Ingredients:

 

3 measuring cups Wholemeal Flour

3 teaspoons Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 measuring cup water 

Mix the dry ingredients.

Stir in the olive oil and the water until everything comes together to form a soft dough.

Knead less than 2 minutes :;)) ...

Shape it in your favourite sizes and forms. 

Leave it to rest 5 minutes.

Brush the top with olive oil before baking...

Bake in a preheated oven (on a non-stick surface) at 200C for app. 30-40 min or until golden brown.

Cover with a cotton towel and leave to cool at least 30 min.

Smells amazing ...
